Q) My login does not work
A) Your login name will be an e-mail address. If you are unable to login, please request a password reset via the “Forgot your Password?” link on the login page. You will then receive an e-mail with a link that allows the password to be reset. If your e-mail address is not accepted for the password reset request, please contact ARM to find out whether your account is active and which password you should be using.

Q) When can I see the latest results?
A) The results for each client is processed on a pre-arranged sequence. Please keep in mind that it takes 9 days for TV data to consolidate via BARB.

Q) Can I login with my account from more than one device at the same time?
A) Yes, the system allows this and you can also login on multiple tabs and on multiple browsers on the same device. Please keep in mind that do we monitor user account usage and if we think you have shared your login information with other people your account will be disabled. Q) Why is my system slow?
A) We continuously strife to provide a fast and accurate system and do not tolerate slowness as part of the normal system operation. If you experience any slowness, please contact our Head of Systems: Waldu@AllResponseMedia.com
